How does the gift card work?

When getting a gift card, an email is sent after your order is confirmed and processed. This email contains a digital gift card with a unique code that can be used at checkout to redeem its value.

How do i select the right size?

What are the care instructions for my item?

Weve included care and wash instructions on our clothing, blankets and wraps

Backdrops: include instructions for how to maintain quality of both the vinyl and poly materials.

For our more delicate items such as our headbands and floral bonnets its advised to only wipe over them with a damp wet cloth.

As always with newborn photography props its important to maintain complete supervision when using, most items contain small pieces or are delicate and pose a choking risk to young babies, and furniture props need careful handling and supervision when using with newborns.

How do i cancel or edit my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.

Can i change my shipping address?

We can only update your shipping address while your order is still being processed. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure to verify your details carefully when placing your order.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to initiate an investigation and if needed to return or exchange.

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, we do not accept change of mind for orders.
